Do you offer free quotes?
Yes. We’ll visit the property and give you a written quote before any work starts. There’s no charge for the visit.
Are your tradespeople certified?
Yes. Our plumbers and electricians hold the relevant certifications. All our tradespeople are experienced and vetted in their trade.
What does the 6-month workmanship warranty cover?
It covers defects in how we carried out the work. If something we fitted or finished fails because of our installation, we come back and fix it at no charge.
Do you take on insurance work?
Yes, we work alongside insurance claims. Contact us with the details and we’ll advise on next steps.
How long will my job take?
It depends on the scope. A single room flooring fit typically takes one day. A full refurbishment can take several weeks. We’ll give you a realistic timeline when we quote.
Can I supply my own materials?
Yes. If you’ve purchased flooring, paint, or fixtures already, we can work with what you have. Let us know when you get in touch.
Do you work in rented properties and HMOs?
Yes. We work with landlords and letting agents regularly and understand the access and timing requirements for occupied properties.
