1. Company Details

2. Quotes and Estimates
All quotes are provided in writing and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. A quote is not a contract until accepted in writing by both parties. We reserve the right to revise a quote if the scope of work changes after our initial assessment.
3. Commencement of Work
Work begins on the agreed start date. We require clear and safe access to the property on all working days. Any delays caused by restricted access may result in programme changes and additional charges.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are set out in each quote. For larger projects, staged payments may be required at milestones. Final payment is due on practical completion. We reserve the right to pause or cease work if payments are not made on time.
5. Variations
Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be agreed in writing before being carried out. Variations will be priced and added to the contract sum.
6. Workmanship Warranty
We provide a 6-month workmanship warranty on all work we carry out. This covers defects in our workmanship. It does not cover fair wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by third parties. It does not cover materials not supplied by us unless we have inspected and approved them.
7. Materials
Where we supply materials, we use products meeting UK standards. Materials remain our property until final payment is received. We accept no liability for defects in materials supplied directly by the client, unless we have inspected and accepted them.
8. Liability
Our liability is limited to the contract value. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. We maintain public liability insurance and employer's liability insurance.
9. Complaints
If you have a complaint, contact us in writing at Ang@crownlondondevelopment.com. We will acknowledge within two working days and respond within five working days.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
